From the moment you check in, access to the apartment is restricted solely to you, the tenant, and any additional registered guest.
If Ukio personnel, maintenance handymen, or cleaning services require entry to the apartment, we will communicate with you first and mutually agree on a date and time. We understand the importance of minimizing disruptions to your routine and will strive to ensure that any necessary access does not unduly interfere with your daily activities.
Exceptions to this rule are explicitly outlined in the terms and conditions agreed on upon booking the apartment. This policy serves to uphold both your rights as a tenant and our commitment to maintaining the property's integrity and functionality. It establishes clear guidelines for access to the apartment while ensuring that your privacy and security remain paramount.
If you believe that someone has entered your apartment without your consent, we request you to report this immediately to the Guest experience team.
