When selecting your home, we understand that you would like to make the most informed decision possible by visiting the apartment prior to making a booking. As such, apartment visits are permitted so long as there is no guest currently in-house. If the apartment is being rented, then we do NOT allow apartment visits in order to respect the privacy of the current guest.
If an apartment is available for a visit, you may request one from our sales agents, who will manage it with our Guest Operations team. Note that we will do our best to accommodate your request, but due to availability of our team, it cannot be guaranteed.
As an alternative options, all of our homes come with immersive 3D virtual tours which can be accessed on our website. These tours provide you with an insider's perspective, allowing you to virtually step inside and experience every aspect of the apartment, from floor to ceiling.
