We offer two payment options to complete your booking. Find below the details and policy for each option.
Credit card
Payment through credit card is the preferred option as it instantly completes the transaction and secures your booking without delay.
For bookings of more than a month, having your credit card on file means automatic rental charges, saving you the hassle of having to manually process it each month.
Bank transfer
Payment through manual bank transfer is the second option but it comes with a delay in confirming your booking as we need to wait to receive the funds. This delay can take between 24 and 72 hours. Additionally, depending on the country or bank you transact with, transfers may come with additional costs. Ukio will not assume any costs associated with bank transfers.
Another consideration to take into account is that bank transfers can only be used for the initial payment. For all subsequent rental charges, guests must provide their credit card details and will be switched to automatic payments.
