For guests staying in Paris, local regulations prohibit us from providing complementary cleaning services. Guests will have to book their own cleaning service themselves. However, we can recommend a third-party cleaning service to contact.

Do I need to remain in the apartment during the cleaning?
Although we work with a trusted third-party service for the cleaning, we always recommend full caution when there are other people in the apartment. Ukio cannot guarantee that no incidences may occur and will not be held responsible for any losses.
If you need to leave the apartment while the cleaners are around, we recommend that you store all your valuables in a safe and secure area, or take them with you when you leave.
