Booking cancellations are subject to a penalty, as stated in the terms of the temporary housing agreement. This agreement aligns with regulations outlined in the Consumer and User Laws and local housing laws.
The penalty amount is subject to the timing of the cancellation request:
- Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to arrival date:
- Cancellations made 31 days or more before the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of EUR 1500. The cancellation fee will be deducted from the security deposit, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.
- Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival date:
- Cancellations made 30 days or less before the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of EUR 1500 plus the equivalent value of one month's rent. The cancellation fee will be deducted from the security deposit, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.
